My favorite exercises wearing the W8FIT running crop pant.

Leg Raises

This one is easy but effective. Lie on the ground on your back and place your hands to sides or under lower back for support. Make sure to keep both your legs together and lift them together

Do this repeatedly by resting in between not to stress you. Do it ten times in each set and try doing 3 sets a day.

  • Exhale as you lift, inhale as you lower.
  • Keep your lower back touching the floor and your neck neutral.
  • Focus on your body balanced with a neutral back and contracted core.
