Super sculpt was one of the toughest workouts I have experienced–it pushed me to reach my physical potential through a variety of group exercises that use a combination of external resistance apparatus such as TRX, bosu, resistance bands, ladders, and weights. After a series of warm-up exercises and stretches, we began the routine with a circuit that included squats, overhead press, crunches, and many more. We repeated this circuit 3 times. The workout was founded by one of the best personal trainers and aerobics instructors, Heather Hughes.
Our group consisted of about 20 people who were all different fitness levels from beginner to triathlete. Although the workout was extremely challenging, I found that Heather pushes you to be YOUR personal best.
